At HRBC, we are happy to call our kids ministry a family ministry. We strive to partner with parents to raise students rooted in Christ who are prepared to love God, love others, and reach the lost. We know our kids will change the world for Christ and we want them to be prepared to do so.
For parents, we have emails, Bible studies, devotions and newsletters to equip parents in the home.
For more details on what we offer, see our different ministries below.

At HRBC, your child's safety is VERY important to us. All of our children's workers have submitted applications and have undergone a background check before being allowed to work in our children's ministry.
To help us keep your children safe, we ask that you please stop by the check-in desk to receive a name tag for your child each Sunday morning and a pick-up tag. When you go to pick up your child(ren) from The Kidz Club after worship service, you may be asked to show your pick-up tag number for identification.
SUNDAYS 9:30 AM
HRBC MAIN BUILDING
During Sunday School, our kids learn about the big picture of the Bible and how the whole Bible points to Jesus. This is the first step in preparing the to love God.
We teach our Sunday School classes through videos, songs, games, lessons, and activities that allow their little hearts to love God all the more.
During the 10:30 worship service, our kids through 3rd grade are dismissed to our Kidz Club. We use the Answers Bible Curriculum to help the kids see the big picture of the Bible and to know how to defend it. With songs, games, lessons, and activities you can be sure your child is growing in the Lord and having a great time.
On Wednesday evenings at 6:30, our children are prepared to love others and reach the lost through our RA's, GA's, and Mission Friends. These groups are divided based on age and gender.
Mission Friends (Preschool - 5k Boys and Girls)
Girls in Action - GA's (1st - 6th grade Girls)
Royal Ambassadors - RA's (1st - 6th grade Boys)
All of these programs combine for one effort to make our kids know the changing world for Christ doesn't mean sitting on the side lines. These kids actively do projects to help those in need have a fun time doing it!
In 2018, we are launching Upward Soccer. Upward sports is a great way for kids to learn how to compete and harness skills while learning about Jesus. We are so excited about this opportunity. Be on the lookout for more to come about Upward Soccer at HRBC.
